Join Zicom Medtecc Pte Ltd as a Supply Chain Management Executive and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing and logistics operations. This pivotal role involves optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, production, and distribution. You'll manage Bill of Materials (BOM) processes, streamline logistics workflows, and oversee warehouse operations to maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency. Through strategic vendor coordination and meticulous shipping documentation, you'll minimize costs while maximizing service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Manage and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) processes for product manufacturing
- Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management and space utilization
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks
- Implement and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements in logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse optimization
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is preferred
