Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify replenishment needs and prevent stock-outs.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve procurement and logistics discrepancies.
- Execute purchase orders and ensure all documentation complies with company procurement policies.
- Perform regular stock audits and data reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support the logistics team in streamlining distribution channels to improve overall efficiency.
- Prepare regular supply chain reports for management to assist in data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or manufacturing environment.
- Must be available to commit to a 6-month contract duration.
