Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to mitigate risks and optimize inventory levels.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure quality and timely fulfillment.
- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to forecast demand accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team to foster professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing or piping industry.
- Proven experience working in a Global MNC environment, managing cross-border logistics.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
