We are currently seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations, orchestrating the flow of goods from procurement through to final delivery. Your primary objective will be to drive profitable growth by optimizing complex supply chain processes, reducing operational costs, and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.
You will lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, including planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
- Optimize inventory management to ensure stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and lean manufacturing practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals.
- Analyze supply chain data and market trends to forecast demand and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards across the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex logistics operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
