Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Lead warehouse management activities, including inventory control, stock reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and production, to align supply chain activities with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and adjust supply chain plans accordingly to mitigate risks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
