Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional supply chain team to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution planning.
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics (KPIs) such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory turnover, and cost per unit.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the supply chain environment.
- Forecast demand accurately and collaborate with production and sales teams to align supply with market requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex supply chain projects from conception to execution.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and logistics software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
