Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize end-to-end production and logistics flow.
- Manage procurement processes for raw materials, ensuring quality standards and competitive pricing through strategic vendor relationships.
- Lead demand planning and inventory management to balance stock levels with production capacity and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure seamless manufacturing throughput and timely order fulfillment.
- Implement data-driven monitoring systems to track KPIs, reduce operational costs, and identify bottlenecks.
- Oversee logistics and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and regional transportation requirements.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and efficiency within the logistics and supply chain departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, preferably within the Food & Beverage or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory control, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local food safety standards and export/import regulatory frameworks in Malaysia.
