Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to streamline procurement and logistics workflows.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal inventory levels and accurate stock tracking.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster a culture of productivity, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and sales departments to forecast demand and prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure full compliance with industry safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, vendor negotiation, and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Marilao, Bulacan.
