Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement, production, and distribution
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendor compliance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management within manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Proven track record in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives

- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent) preferred
