Centennial Food Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics and inventory operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our supply chain processes, ensuring the timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can optimize our supply chain strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage vendor relationships, and streamline logistics operations. This is a full-time opportunity in Marilao, Bulacan, for a dedicated professional ready to drive operational excellence in the food manufacturing industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies and policies to align with company goals.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics partners to secure the best rates and service levels.
- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Monitor market trends and forecast future supply needs accurately.
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and logistics regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and train the supply chain team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the food manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management systems, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
