Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in end-to-end supply chain optimization? Our organization is looking for a highly driven Supply Chain Manager to spearhead our Contract Manufacturing (CM) operations across Southern Asia. This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence, cost-efficiency, and sustainable growth.
As the Supply Chain Manager for Asia, you will act as the primary liaison between our corporate headquarters and our regional CM partners. You will be responsible for streamlining production schedules, optimizing procurement cycles, and ensuring that our quality standards are met across all manufacturing nodes in Malaysia and beyond. The ideal candidate will combine technical supply chain expertise with strong cross-cultural communication skills to foster long-term partnerships and mitigate regional supply risks.

- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize CM operations across the Southern Asia region.
- Manage end-to-end production planning, ensuring alignment between market demand and manufacturing output.
- Lead performance reviews with Contract Manufacturers to ensure adherence to KPIs, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize logistics, procurement, and inventory holding costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Finance, to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Oversee regional logistics and distribution networks to ensure seamless movement of finished goods.
- Manage risk assessment protocols to anticipate and mitigate supply chain disruptions in the Asia-Pacific market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (APICS/CSCP) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, specifically with experience in Contract Manufacturing (CM).
- Strong knowledge of regional regulatory environments and trade compliance within Southeast Asia.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead remote, cross-cultural teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written; ability to speak local Asian languages is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to travel periodically to visit manufacturing sites and regional partners.
