Lead strategic supply chain operations at Litrocom Global Trading as a Supply Chain Manager / Executive. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between procurement, production, and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management systems to minimize carrying costs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
- Lead supply chain projects to support business growth objectives and market expansion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or logistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Experience developing and implementing cost-reduction strategies
- Excellent leadership abilities with team management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
