Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution for F&B retail products
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize vendor relationships and cost structures
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals and market demands
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and sustainability practices

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of supply chain management experience in F&B or retail sector
- Proven expertise in procurement, inventory optimization, and distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems
- Excellent negotiation abilities with experience managing vendor relationships
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000) and compliance standards
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
