- Oversee global logistics control tower operations ensuring real-time visibility and proactive decision-making
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain optimization strategies for international distribution networks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve logistics exceptions and maintain service level agreements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes, technology adoption, and sustainability practices
- Manage relationships with global logistics providers and negotiate service contracts
- Generate data-driven analytics reports on logistics performance and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in global logistics operations with 3+ years in control tower management
- Expertise in logistics technologies (TMS, WMS, visibility platforms) and data analytics
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional international teams
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS
- Experience implementing logistics optimization projects in tech/manufacturing sectors
- Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
