- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize holding costs
- Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across all supply chain activities
- Implement and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Report on supply chain performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Philippine import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving measures and process improvements
