- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on procurement within the medical devices manufacturing sector
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize cost and quality
- Manage and nurture relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable supply
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for procurement optimization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives

- Lead procurement negotiations and contract management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on procurement
- Proven experience in the medical devices manufacturing sector is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
