We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager / Senior Manager to lead our operations at Wakomas Chemical. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete supply chain lifecycle, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from procurement to final delivery. You will be responsible for managing logistics, bulk shipping, warehousing, and critical Letter of Credit (LC) operations within the competitive chemical industry. Your expertise will drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and strict compliance with international trade regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Oversee bulk shipping operations and ensure timely delivery of chemical products to domestic and international clients.
- Manage import/export documentation and ensure strict compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
- Handle and negotiate Letter of Credit (LC) operations and banking transactions effectively.
- Optimize warehouse inventory levels and ensure safety standards are met in chemical storage.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage supply chain risks proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and Letter of Credit (LC) operations.
- Experience in managing bulk shipping and warehousing operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site inspections.
