Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and supplier performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory control systems, including cycle counting and stock optimization strategies
- Coordinate logistics operations for inbound/outbound transportation and warehouse management
- Develop and implement supply chain improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and mitigate operational risks
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics coordination
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of local and international supply chain regulations
- Proven track record of optimizing inventory turnover and reducing logistics costs
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous
