Oemservices Asia is looking for a dedicated and analytical Supply Chain Officer to join our Operations Team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring that our delivery commitments are met with precision and efficiency. You will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on Daily Turnaround Time (DTA) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics, directly contributing to our operational excellence and high customer satisfaction standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on Daily Turnaround Time (DTA) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) rates to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Team and external logistics partners to resolve any order delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of order statuses, shipment details, and inventory movements within the ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their order status, delivery timelines, and any changes to schedules.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality control measures during all operations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or operations management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including inventory control, logistics, and procurement.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
