Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for production and sales.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage the timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze inventory reports and turnover rates to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and storage standards within the warehouse.
- Manage documentation for stock movements, including purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and supply chain bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in inventory control or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
