Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products
- Prepare and maintain accurate supply chain reports and documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office applications
