Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate international shipping and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure all products meet compliance standards and quality requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve supply chain-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with finance teams for accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and local logistics compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
