Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce operational costs.
- Manage end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate closely with 3PL providers to ensure timely delivery and effective distribution networks.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with sales and marketing forecasts.
- Oversee warehouse management and logistics daily activities to ensure high service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead and mentor operations staff to foster a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Supply Chain or Operations Manager within the Fashion or FMCG industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
- Experience in managing relationships with 3PL logistics providers and vendors.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred for effective regional communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
