Job Summary
You will manage the entire supply chain lifecycle for our teaching aids, from outsourced production to warehouse and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end outsourced processing workflows for teaching aids, ensuring strict quality control and on-time delivery.
- Direct warehouse and inventory management, optimizing storage layouts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch to schools and distributors across Malaysia.
- Implement and monitor process and data management initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and transparency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
- Analyze logistics data and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
- Support continuous improvement projects within the supply chain.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management. Experience in publishing or educational materials is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and suppliers.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
