Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a 12-month intensive rotation across various supply chain departments including logistics, procurement, and inventory control.
- Assist in the optimization of warehouse operations to improve overall cycle time and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve service levels.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and logistics performance metrics.
- Support daily operations and lead small-scale process improvement projects under the guidance of senior mentors.
- Maintain compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards at all times.
- Prepare regular analytical reports regarding operational performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates (Bachelor's degree) from Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for process improvement.
- Willingness to commit to the full 12-month development program.
- High flexibility and willingness to be assigned to any location based on business and organizational needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through campus organizations or extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is highly preferred.
