We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Supply Chain Planner II to join our dynamic team in Pakna-an, Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our purchasing activities, ensuring that we meet strict timelines, adhere to approved budgets, and maintain the highest quality standards. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will bridge the gap between demand forecasting and supply execution, playing a critical role in our operational efficiency.
As a key member of our operations team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to forecast demand accurately and optimize inventory levels. You will also work closely with the procurement team to ensure the timely sourcing of raw materials. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute purchasing activities strictly in line with approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials and components.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure all supply chain processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to guarantee on-time delivery of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, or logistics.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
