Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to meet service level targets.
- Analyze historical sales data to forecast demand and plan procurement.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize stock ordering.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory performance and stock health.
- Ensure compliance with safety stock policies and lead time requirements.
- Identify process improvements to reduce carrying costs and waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and transport logistics operations.
