Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs to support inventory planning.
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand without overstocking.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply plans with business objectives and production schedules.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain disruptions proactively.
- Assist in the implementation of supply chain planning tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in regular review meetings to communicate inventory status, forecast accuracy, and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and best practices in supply chain planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) or ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, including inventory optimization, procurement, and logistics coordination.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing and logistics industry is an advantage.
