Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to align with aerospace business objectives.
- Lead demand planning and sales & operations planning (S&OP) processes to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Manage complex material management workflows, ensuring timely procurement and efficient production scheduling.
- Oversee logistics and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with international aerospace standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality, to resolve bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce lead times and optimize operational costs.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, specifically within the manufacturing or aerospace sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced demand planning software.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade compliance, logistics, and inventory management best practices.
- Proven track record in leadership and change management, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional certification such as APICS (CSCP or CPIM) is a significant advantage.
