- Develop and execute comprehensive demand planning strategies using historical data and market trends
- Create production schedules optimizing capacity utilization and resource allocation
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution
- Generate regular reports on KPIs including inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and production efficiency
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive contingency planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and trends
