Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans to meet production targets and inventory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align material requirements with production schedules.
- Manage vendor performance, including contract negotiations, lead time monitoring, and quality assurance.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders to ensure real-time inventory visibility.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and process optimization within the procurement lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all procurement and planning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement, demand planning, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of vendor management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and lead-time management.
- Self-motivated professional with a proactive approach to process improvement.
