Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and propose process optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional project teams in implementing supply chain transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor supply chain performance metrics
- Facilitate digitization projects including ERP system enhancements and automation solutions
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for supply chain improvement initiatives
- Coordinate vendor management and logistics optimization activities
- Document project workflows and create implementation roadmaps
- Present findings to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or project management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in data modeling and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Project management certification (PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to diverse stakeholders
