Trendcell is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to spearhead our upcoming large-scale automated warehouse transformation project in Petaling Jaya. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of warehouse automation projects, from planning and procurement to execution and go-live.
- Coordinate with internal operations, IT systems developers, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress and resource allocation.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, providing effective mitigation strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure operational staff are aligned with new automated processes.
- Report project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and milestones to the executive steering committee.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically within warehouse operations or logistics.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operational improvements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage for stakeholder coordination.
