Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily supply chain operations to ensure seamless flow of materials and inventory.
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections to maintain compliance with Japanese quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records for all supply chain and QA activities.
- Collaborate directly with the Japanese management team to address operational bottlenecks.
- Perform multitasking duties across logistics, inventory tracking, and warehouse quality control.
- Monitor vendor performance and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports regarding operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or quality assurance roles within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working with diverse or international teams preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Willingness to work on-site in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.
