Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end local implementation of key Supply Chain projects, ensuring alignment with global PMFTC standards and strategic objectives.
- Manage and optimize logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to accurately forecast demand, plan inventory, and align supply with market needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma) focused on process optimization, digitalization, and sustainability within the Supply Chain.
- Monitor and report on critical KPIs such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), inventory turnover, and supply chain costs to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and corporate governance policies across the supply chain.
- Manage external vendor and supplier relationships, conducting performance evaluations and supporting contract negotiations.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain network to ensure business continuity and resilience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations, ideally within FMCG, Manufacturing, or a highly regulated industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering cross-functional projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Supply Chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, adaptability, and a sense of urgency in a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to be based in Makati City and work on a hybrid schedule as required.
