Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for third-party resources that support global supply chain operations
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and innovation criteria
- Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, conditions, and pricing structures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
- Stay current with market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining or improving service levels and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Proven track record of developing and executing sourcing strategies for complex supply chains
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract development and management
- Excellent analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships
- Knowledge of global supply chain operations, logistics, and procurement best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with ability to work in a matrix organization
