Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment for all customer accounts.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams to track shipments and resolve delivery bottlenecks promptly.
- Manage invoicing and billing documentation, ensuring compliance with internal financial standards and regional regulations.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity within the ERP system to facilitate accurate demand forecasting and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Finance, to streamline operational workflows.
- Proactively monitor supply chain metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on order status, shipping performance, and potential supply chain risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex logistical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
