Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end MRO supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and vendor management
- Monitor and report on departmental project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Optimize inventory levels and distribution networks to minimize costs while ensuring operational continuity
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing
- Analyze supply chain data to identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and maintain production schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MRO supply chain or manufacturing logistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) or project management is advantageous
- Excellent risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
