Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to schedule shipments and track delivery schedules.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding warehousing and handling.
- Prepare and maintain accurate supply chain reports and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably within the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
