Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts for upstream operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply requirements and production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics partners to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Implement supply chain best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance metrics, including KPIs and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or upstream operations.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
