Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production schedules and customer demands
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management with supervisory experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and logistics coordination
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
