- Supervise daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and distribution logistics
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve performance targets
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Develop and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all processes
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management
- Proven track record in inventory control and vendor management
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in supply chain software (ERP, WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
