Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on e-commerce fulfillment and logistics.
- Monitor inventory levels closely to prevent stock discrepancies and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Lead, train, and mentor the warehouse and fulfillment team to maintain high productivity standards.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with a focus on team motivation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
