We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Supervisor to join our operations team at QL Eco Farm Sdn Bhd. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate closely with the Production Supervisor to align inventory levels with production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics and operational staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and warehouse organization to minimize waste and prevent stockouts.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare detailed operational reports for management review.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics and warehouse management.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective supply chain solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
