As an intern, you will work closely with our planning and logistics experts to ensure the smooth flow of goods and optimize inventory levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monitoring daily inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability across warehouse locations.
- Support the demand planning team in analyzing sales trends and historical data to refine forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to track incoming shipments and resolve supply discrepancies.
- Generate weekly performance reports using ERP systems and Excel to identify supply chain bottlenecks.
- Assist in maintaining accurate master data for products and suppliers within the internal database.
- Participate in warehouse stock-take exercises and investigate inventory variances.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Familiarity with ERP software or supply chain management concepts is a plus.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
