Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for multiple product categories to ensure optimal inventory availability.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, promotions, and seasonality to refine planning models.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to manage stock replenishment strategies and minimize out-of-stock or overstock scenarios.
- Perform regular inventory health checks and execute stock reallocation across regional fulfillment centers.
- Identify supply chain bottlenecks and propose actionable data-backed solutions to improve delivery timelines.
- Prepare periodic reporting and executive dashboards regarding inventory KPIs and demand forecasting accuracy.
- Support cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing logistics workflows and reducing operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or demand forecasting within e-commerce or retail sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential; experience with SQL or BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed data analysis and translate findings into strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving, and ambiguous work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
