Join Rephil as a Supply Inventory Manager and lead our inventory optimization strategy! This critical role oversees the end-to-end management of station-related assets, ensuring seamless fulfillment while maintaining cost efficiency. You'll develop and implement inventory control systems, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory levels with operational demands. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, reduce carrying costs, and implement best practices in warehouse logistics. This position requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a dynamic manufacturing or logistics environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management for station assets, including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to ensure data accuracy
- Analyze inventory metrics to forecast demand and align procurement strategies
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to resolve stock discrepancies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in inventory turnover and warehouse efficiency
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Train and mentor inventory staff on proper handling protocols and system usage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management with focus on warehouse operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data and KPIs
- Certified in Inventory Management (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience implementing FIFO/LIFO and ABC inventory classification methods
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing inventory teams
