Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end inventory lifecycle for station assets including procurement, storage, and distribution
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and real-time visibility
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical audits, and reconciliation processes
- Optimize inventory levels through demand forecasting and stock analysis
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of inventory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize obsolescence and waste
- Generate inventory performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory practices with operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data and trends
- Certified Inventory Management (CIM) or APICS CPIM preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven experience in inventory optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
