Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and operational supplies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost optimization
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time delivery systems
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate logistics and transportation for timely material deliveries
- Prepare monthly supply chain reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain software
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
