Nestlé is currently seeking a highly motivated Supply Planner to join our team at the Makati Admin Office on a 1-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining the high standards of efficiency that Nestlé is known for worldwide.
As a Supply Planner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance demand and supply, ensuring that our products reach customers and consumers on time, every time. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production and distribution plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Sales departments to identify potential supply bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.
- Monitor stock levels across warehouses and distribution centers to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Analyze key supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for process improvement.
- Manage SKU-level replenishment strategies, adjusting for seasonality, promotions, and market trends.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Ensure compliance with internal Nestlé supply chain protocols and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or production scheduling within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year fixed-term contract.
